Map of Walking Path from the Contemporary to the Magic Kingdom?

I've seen the signs for it as well as pictures of it, but I just can't visualize exactly how you can walk from the Contemporary Resort to the entrance of the Magic.

Does anyone know where I can find a map of the pathway on-line?

Yes, go to GoogleEarth, or just GoogleMaps. Type in "Walt Disney World." Locate the front of the Magic Kingdom.

Just north of the bus stops is the start of the path. It's redish, and runs right by the monorail (and under it at some points). At World Drive, you can see the white slashes of the crosswalk. After that, the path turns white, and runs along the parking lot to the Contemporary bus stop.

Walk on the path past the gate house...
Cross at the crosswalk.....
Stay on that path & you will arrive in the front of the MK...

very easy...you can't miss it...

Using the Gmap pedometer, it was somewhere around 1/2 mile.

From the Contemporary, just follow the monorail beam. And the distance from the Contemprary entrance to the MK Bus Station is about the same as the distance from the MK Bus Station to the MK entrance.

Thanks for the mention, I was actually working on an updated photo walk of the CR today since mine is outdated (i.e. - no BLT, etc.). Once you are on the path, it's less than a half mile - very quick!

I don't have a map, but wanted to add this was an easy walk My 5yo and I went to the MK for Wishes one evening and walked home to the Bay Lake Towers, no complaints!
