is there a map or list of photopass photographers in the parks? Where could I find out where they are?

PhotoPass Photographers aren't on a regular schedule like a meet and greet, so no map. I have, on occasion, stumbled upon one over by Spaceship Earth near the photo center, but they aren't typically there. I've stumbled upon one outside of the Imagination Pavilion, but again, not a spot where you will typically find one.

There are a handful of places where you can reasonably count on finding them.

In MK, all along Main Street, and in the Hub area there are always PhotoPass photographers.

In Epcot, just past the tap styles looking over the fountain and Spaceship Earth. On the other side of Spaceship Earth, looking back at it. In World Showcase, often there are photographers in Germany, and just outside of the UK, near the bridge to France (this photo will get the Eiffel Tower in the background). Of note, try to have this photo taken on really bright sunny days. If it is a bit overcast, and not as bright, there is a high chance that either you, or the background, will be out of focus.

In Animal Kingdom there will be photographers along the entrance path, looking towards the Tree of Life.

Sorry, haven't been to DHS recently, so I don't know any of the usual spots there.

There can, and likely will be other Photopass Photographers throughout the parks, but the above is a list of locations where they are pretty much always available. Other locations will be more random.
