Okay...I have been to WDW many times (I think 7), but I always went in October. This time I am going Mid December with my DS & her family and here are my questions:

The Very Merry Christmas Party - Is there a "Less" crowded night to go, we have a choice of Sunday(12/11), Tues 12/13), Thursday (12/15), and Friday (12/16)---I'm assuming Friday would be the most crowded?

Is there any "must sees" for December that doesn't happen the other months?

How about a character b'fast/lunch or dinner that is geared around the holidays?

Any "insider info" on going in December???

I feel like a newbie w/all these questions but I knew how to come to the right place for answers!!!

Thanx!!! :cool1:

I'm no "when to go" expert, but I'll put my two cents in anyway. I would either go to MVMCP either on that Sunday or on the Tuesday. If you wait until Thursday or Friday, then I would guess the crowds might be picking up by then and those might be more crowded. I would also guess that more locals would go on a Thursday or Friday than on a school night such as Sunday or Monday. That's the logic I'm using to pick my MNSSHP night. We're going on October 2, a Sunday, hopefully before the "masses" begin coming in for Columbus Day weekend. ;) The only "must sees" I can think of off the top of my head are the Osborne lights at MGM and visit the Grand Floridian to see the decorations. Have fun!

As far as holiday themed character meals, they all will be decked out in their finery. it's really more a preference of yours: Pooh or Mickey or Donald or the Princesses, Mary Poppins or Goofy. you can do some searches on the board for past threads. I know that starting in October, it's gets pretty heavy with Christmas in WDW topics. Right now, summer is the hot topic  Lucky You for getting to experience a Magical Christmas :flower: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

Thank you.....I know summer is the hottest topic....Guess I'm just excited :cool1: .

Christmas time is my most favorite time of year and Disney is my favorite place to be....so combined......I should have a smile on even when I'm sleeping :teeth:
