MANSIONS MUST BE OPEN?? at riverside?

My SIL and BIL are at disney at this moment staying at
riverside, they said the bldg they are in has white columns,
does this mean they are in a mansion,
from the pictures it looks like that.

we are going in June and wanted to know what the difference
between a mansion and bayou.

yes I was there 2/23-2/26 and those are the mansions and they were open but a CM working the food court says that attendance has been dropping to 400 out of 2000 rooms so they close food booths and the mansions at times. The CMs were very aware of the lower attendace but said presidents week was still high. Easter should be too.
