I know they're in the parks on certain days, but where do you buy tickets? The last time we were here at Christmas was in 2004.

no need to buy tickets, you can see them just with a regular park ticket! they perform at the plaza stage. if you remember the boneyard, it's located where that used to be

Hi,

I will be at Universal this weekend and I have seasonal pass. Can I see the show?

If you are able to enter the parks, then yes. The show is on the stage near RRR so out in the open.

We're going tonight. Be sure you see the Macy's parade before Mannheim. It is very, very good. Better than I remember it from years ago. The crowds are very light but may get more crowded this weekend.

The floats on the parade were beautiful but I'm not a fan of the music compared to the old Holiday parade, that one was way more upbeat!

Is there an Express Pass line-up for this show? If so, where;and if not, where is the regular line?

there's no express line or regular line; it's a standing room only outdoor performance, like, say, fantasmic at disneyland. you should preferably show up a few hours early so you can grab a good spot

Just keep in mind...if you have a pass that has any kind of blackout dates, Mannheim dates will be among those blacked out!!! We found out the hard way. Tried to enter US, around 4pm, so I could say hi to my dd. Found that we couldn't get in. Our APs had blackout dates. But, they hadn't been blacked out earlier in Sept when we made our plans and we never bothered to recheck. Well, the MS dates were added, and we found ourselves trying to get in on a blacked out day!!!

This happened to us too. I called customer service and they made it right for us, they gave us one day tickets, we had to stand in line for over an hour as others complained about the black outs being changed for this event. I did see a few of them in the park during the concert so I am assuming that they either upgraded their passes or Universal made it right for them too. Right now I am rethinking renewing our passes. I can understand black outs on added concerts but not for a concert that was already on the schedule and not blacked out at the time of purchase. I really feel for the families who got caught by surprise by this when their plans had been made prior to the new black out dates being added.

From the Universal Passholders renewal page: "Seasonal Passholders are blocked out of Universal Studios Florida™ on all concert dates and will only receive access to Universal's Islands of Adventure™."

As goofy4tink stated earlier, those dates were only recently added. There were many who were caught unaware of the changes and were very disappointed. When we bought our passes those dates were not blacked out, I would think that we would have been grandfathered those who had bought their passes prior to the change would have been grandfathered in.

The dates of concerts are not known a year or so ahead of time. This statement warns Seasonal Passholders that concert dates will be blacked out as they are announced. It is then up to the Passholder to determine if they are visiting on a concert date.

Yup, that is why the seasonal pass is so cheap...cheaper than the gate price of a 3 day ticket.

You won't be able to see the show with a seasonal pass. You can't enter Universal when there is a concert. You can upgrade to a power pass and get in. It will cost you about $60.
