Anyone know how to reach a manager or supervisor when calling Disney Reservations line? My reservation is messed up and the idiot I just talked to was giving me 50,000 excuses as to why it was messed up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused and offer to give me a email to contact someone and I would hear something back. I told her that wasn't going to fly. That I wanted someone to talk to now. And she said okay. She would transfer me to guest services. Well, she answered and said sorry. And just hung up! I am livid to say the least!
