manchester airport hotel

we want to book hotel by the airport, prices show 105 for double room but go to 135 for family of four(inc parking) we have two girls does anyone book the double for this i.e one night they can share, also anyone got any websites to check out we have tried priceline but feel we will get one three miles away and don't want this due to the tragedy that happened not so long ago. all help appreciated

We've booked a night's stay at Bewley's Hotel at Manchester Airport, for Dec 12th.We booked it through a local travel agent in Blackburn. It's costing us £85 for the night for two rooms, two adults, four children.

hi we have booked our hotel in gatwick with superbreaks, www.superbreaks.com we also tried abc also we went to yahoo.co.uk and typed in hotels near gatwick airport and they gave us a list to try, might be worth doing the same but typing in manchester airport sometimes youcan get better deals going direct to the hotel, i dont know how much the radisson is but it right in the airport and it looks lovely, we went in yesterday looks very posh!!. hope this helps susie

We stayed at the Radisson last year and it was great to get out of bed and go straight to check in without having to get transport.
We are staying there again in October and it was £150 for 2 adults and 1 child and 14 days parking.

We have also stayed at the Radisson SAS Hotel at Manchester Airport ~ excellent to be able to walk along the covered walkway directly into the check-in area!
We will be staying there again in December prior to DLP holiday and have once again booked interconnecting rooms ~ double and two single beds; current rate was pricey at £175 altogether for rooms only. However, we think that it is worth it for the convenience ~ free parking is included in that price.

We are staying at the Hilton on the airport - it is £119 for suite or adjoining rooms (5 of us) including 15 days parking.
Extra parking is £4 per day.

Stayed at Bewleys 2 weeks ago. £92 through Mytravel but would have been £85 if booked direct. Family room with 15 days parking and transport from hotel to airport 5mins away. Transport on return only 10mins from calling on curtousy phone to arrival.
Very good and restaurant at Bewleys very good too.
Will definately use again.
