Managing accounts on MDE

So, I'm trying to figure out if I need to call customer service or what.

I have a MDE account, my sis-in-law has a MDE account, and my mom has a MDE account. I listed my children and hubby under my account. My in-laws are listed under my sis-in-law's account, and my mom listed my dad under her account. All 10 of us are going to WDW in September. I booked everyone's packages (3 different rooms...so 3 different reservation numbers). Now that i've linked them on the MDE, my dad's account is showing up as being managed by me. I need my mom to have that responsibility....picking out his magic band, and his character, etc. anyone know if I can fix this or do I need to call customer service?

I am not certain if you can fix it yourself but I would call either way. With that many people, reservations and magic bands trusting MDE would worry me. Who knows if last minute it may cause you problems at DW. I vote for definitely calling custermer service.

Call...I hope it gets fixed for you....these type of problems are common.
