I have a urgent matter that needs to be helped and I need to reach a Cast Member Manager. Can anyone help me with a phone number or extension?
Our tickets are messed up for our 2 sons and the first CM told me I'm out of luck. I can't believe this can't be helped.

Does your question relate to having admission tickets but not a park reservation? That is one of the more frequent questions that has popped up recently.

There have been a few reports of Guest Services being able to reassign a part reservation within accounts linked in DME. I don’t think there have been any reports of pixie dusting park reservations, however.

No, We have park reservations and PH tickets for DH and myself but need tickets for our 2 sons. We have AP vouchers, but didn't plan on activating them. I have to think there is a way for someone to help us.

Are you unable to simply purchase tickets?
No, they're greyed for our dates. We have everything booked from hotel, park passes, ADR's, extra stuff and I need 2 8 day park hoppers for my 2 kids. It sounds simple, but the CM said I'm out of luck.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any phone numbers. Wondering if you can ask one of the ticketing CMs to connect you with their manager?

So you have neither park tickets nor park reservations for your sons, Correct? If you have neither, then that’s really a double-ask.

If you have AP vouchers for them and park reservations and want to move the assignment of that reservation to a regular park ticket in their MDE instead of an AP, that may be a simpler ask, though is still some pixie dust. though I thought APs could reserve a maximum of three days, unless staying on property.

Disney doesn’t really want to sell you a park ticket when there’s no opportunity to use the ticket because of capacity. Selling day-specific tickets lets them see what usage is likely to be.

Just to clarify, you don't have any tickets or park reservations for 2 people in your party and those dates are grey on the Theme Park Reservations Availability calendar?

We have park reservations for all 4. PH tickets for 2 of us. (We have AP vouchers for all 4 but dont want to activate them this trip) Yes, our dates are now greyed out. We already are counted in the capacity because we have reservations.

Just a heads up that they may not be able to add the PH option to the 2 tickets that don't currently have PH option if some/all of the dates are greyed out. In March, when all parks were at capacity, guests were not allowed to add the PH option to tickets.

I think...
I think you can just buy whatever tickets you planned on getting and using for your sons this trip and just make sure to scan those when you enter the parks. You already have park reservations so I don’t think there will be an issue there. Just make sure you continue to have some type of ticket linked to each party member. As far as purchasing hoppers, I think it was only 1 day during spring break where a couple guests reported not being able to upgrade their ticket to hopper. Iirc it ended up not really being the issue it first seemed.

Your problem might actually end up being that your park pass reservations are made in the AP bucket but your attempting to buy tickets and use them as your admission source. I’m not sure that will work especially if park pass reservations aren’t available for ticket holders.

If a date is full and all 4 parks are not accepting reservations, I don't believe Disney will sell new tickets for those dates. The OP indicated that all 4 parks are at full capacity for at least 1 (and possibly some/all) of their park dates.

It looks like it depends what date they are going. WDW asks you to look at availability before buying tickets but I dont think it necessarily blocks you out. If there still are a few openings here and there you can still buy. This is what it looked liked when I just checked to buy:

^^^ This!

If you want to purchase 8-day passes and the active dates include 5 or more days where no reservations are available for any park (8-day tickets are good over a 12-day period), they will not sell the tickets.

What about 3rd party tickets thru a broker? Have you tried that? You just need tickets. You already have the park reservations.

I don't think they can sell them if the days cannot be used for admission to at least one park. I tried one website just for kicks & giggles with a starting date of 4/28 and could not put an 8-day ticket in my cart.

I tried. I actually booked and then got a cancellation email
