Manage bookings on VA Website

I know it's been covered before and there are a lot of conflicting reports about this subject. I've never had problems before but I just can't get onto the online booking manager on VA's website. I have my flight locator number but i just end up with a blank screen. We return on 1-1-10 so it's within 336 days.
I've read reports that VH customers can now only do it 2-3 weeks before the flight and others that say 330 days before. Has anyone got any exact truth as to what's going on as I can't face a phone call again to India.

if you have a flight with va then you can call to do the seats and meals but it will be india up to 11 month in advance.
Vh will all depned on if they have sent the info over as its different systems, I have had no problems with this though and 2-3 weeks before seems a little strange to me

I have only ever had a problem when i had more than 4 flights booked on the one booking.

I am having no problems looking into our booking and we fly back on 11th sept

Hi I am in the same boat I fly back on 5-1-10 and was told by virgin to try today I still cant get in so will have to phone them , usualy when its about the flights you can phone Uk number off virgin atlantic, thus avoiding the horror call to the the indain call center.

I'll give it another week before phoning up. I've also heard you have to wait until the following Wednesday following the 336 or 330 days because VH only update VA with the info on a Wednesday.

I emailed VA and they have replied telling me that it is a known error and that their website development team are working on it to resolve the problem. They suggest I try at a later date
