Man, what a difference

I haven't done any Tai Chi or Yoga since Thursday night, and I am definitely noticing it in my mood, stiffness, and muscles today. :( It takes going a few days without anything to realize how bad I used to feel and how much less stressed and stuff I am just with a little Tai Chi or yoga.
 
I sure hope I notice that I have more energy and uplifted moods when I keep up my exercise.

I hope your life slows down a bit so you can get back to enjoying your exercise.

You sure know what your talking about Tammy. I just started my program back last week and i feel so much stronger in every aspect like you said. My attitude is great i feel strong my hip is'nt bother me any more and i just "feel" buff. Even though i'm not.LOL I hope you are able to get back to it soon.
