My girls wanted to get haircuts for school......and cut they did!! They each picked out short dos. Brittany had 13 inches taken off, Destiny had 10 inches taken off, and Selena about 6. Actually, they all look very adorable and my heart didn't really break.......

Brittany and Destiny also opted to have their hair donated to Locks of Love, so they were quite tickled about being able to help some other little girl. As soon as I find my camera transer cable, I'll post some before and after pics!

That is a lot of hair to donate. I think the Locks of Love organization is a great organization.

I took 18 inches off my DD's head about a month ago! I was more hesitant than she was!! We sent her hair into Locks of Love and just got the certificate of appreciation in the mail the other day!

I'm prould of them for donating their tresses too! They're getting off on a great foot in life.

You know, they didn't take their names or addresses down, so I doubt they'll be getting one. They probably would've been tickled, too. Maybe I should try and make one up for them.
