Man caught peeping at women in bathroom at Epcot

A man was arrested for peeping at a women in a bathroom in Epcot Disney security and ocso arrested him. He was already banned from theme park so now he also faces trespassing charges they didn't at why he wS already banned from Disney.

They say but someone proberly bought him a ticket and since they don't check ID when you enter that how. I am sure if he went to buy it they wild stopped him. Or if security would of recognized him.

That is something they check for. At DLR I was even asked, "Any mace?".

Please don't carry made or pepper spry in most states and or city's it against the law or has restrictions on it so check with your local law enforcement before carrying it. I am not saying in Florida or orange county it is but I think Ou would be in for a free ride to orange county sheriff theme park where you wouldn't want to ride te rides.

Wow, I'm surprised it's against the law to carry it. As a distance walker, who has came upon some 'non-leashed' dogs occasionally, I've often thought I should carry pepper spray with me.

As pertains to Disney, I'm a little surprised that I would not be allowed to carry a 'deterrent' to an assault. Not that I ever expect that to happen at Disney, but there really are no totally safe places.

As for it being illegal it depends on how big the conastier is some states have restriction if it can be bought online and where it can be bought. So just check with your local police department what restrictions they may have even if it not a sate law it might be a local law. They sell bear and dog pepper spay which won't be a problem carrying it with you. As long as is for self defense you should be fine I thought it was against the law but it just has restrictions and as long as you follow what your area says you be fine.

Mace is illegal in a lot of states, but pepper spray is allowed in almost all states, although a few have controls on it (you can only buy it from a licensed dealer, etc). I'm pretty sure you have to be 18 to buy either one of them in most states. You are not allowed to carry on either mace or pepper spray onto an airplane.

The amount and strength of pepper spray you can carry is regulated.

Pepper spray is not illegal in Florida, although there are some restrictions:

FLORIDA: Legal.

"Self-defense chemical sprays" are legal. They are defined as "a device carried solely for purposes of lawful self-defense that is compact in size, designed to be carried on or about the person, and contains not more than two ounces of chemical". Section 790.001. Although it may seem redundant, there is an express prohibition against using chemical sprays against a law enforcement officer. Section 790.054.

If you plan to carry pepper spray, you'd do best to contact the local law enforcement to find out what the local restrictions are.

Interesting that pepper spray may be legal, but not mace. For me, I'm more interested in the pepper spray while I'm walking because from what I've read mace does not work on dogs. In the past when I've come upon stray dogs, I usually say (in a deep, loud voice), 'go home'., but I have to admit I get a little scared at large stray dogs and would feel more comfortable carrying Pepper Spray.

I just want to says thanks for bringing up the legal side of carrying pepper spray, I will definitely find out what is allowed before trying to purchase any.
