Not really. Mama Mia was first a musical that opened in 1999. This is the movie version of it.

I want to go see it. I've been listening to their songs alot recently, because of it.

I thought it was okay. The singing wasn't great by some of the actors. My mom, my cousin and I (who saw it together) got the impression they went for big names rather than people who could sing really well. I love ABBA songs, and the scenery was beautiful. I would see it again, but probably not until it came out on DVD.
