does anyone know why I have received a few emails from them that say you will receive points instead of three cents? Not sure what this means??? Also, at what dollar amount can I cash out at? Thank you.

The points are redemable for ads(usually ads to promote other PTC programs that you are a member of and help build your downline or referral base).
