Mama Melrose's Fantasmic Dinner Pkg. with food allergies

Hi all!

DH has Celiac, a food allergy & we have ADR's for Mama Melrose's for the Fantasmic dinner package. My question is, I read somewhere that they have limited items for the Fantasmic dinner package, ie: flat bread is the only appetizer (don't know if that is 100% true), DH can not eat that, will let let us substitute other menu items because of his allergy or will he have to do with out or would I be better off canceling the dinner package & just making regular ADR's?

Oh what to do?????
