Mama Melrose

Anyone been to Mama Melrose recently - I really would like to go - probably would have something to suit us all - DD is pizza mad. Who has tried the Fra Diablo - I adore pasta with seafood. Also on the Fantasmic package - is there an alternative to the Tiramasu - even ice cream would be OK.

This is by far my favorite restaurant at MGM. The food is pretty good and the servers very friendly. It tends to be a quiet place away from the noise of the park.

Hi, We just did the Fantasmic Dinner Package last month with Mama Melrose's. We got a family style salad, two flatbreads, a dinner entree and for dessert it was Tiramasui. I asked if I could get a different dessert and our server said no. So I told him to just give me ice cream like the kids. IMO, I think I will do Hollywood and Vine again next time for the FDP. There I could choose from all the yummy desserts. I thought they were great last year in October.

Just ate there last week. DH and I enjoyed our pizzas.

DD and I ate there 2 weeks ago for lunch and it was good. I really like it because it's a nice escape from the chaos of the park. Since H&V is closed we will lunch here from now on whenever we're in MGM. I had the Mozz/Tomatoe Salad and a mixed green salad which was very good.

We also had dinner here in December right after the opening of the Osbourne lights. It was so crazy at the lights we snuck back around the corner and ended up at MMs and had a nice dinner. I had the flatbread, delicious and dd had the chicken fingers. By the time we were finished dinner the park was officially closed but the Osbourne lights were up and running and there was barely anyone there. The only way I'd see the lights now!
