Crowd level matters very little to dining time, because it's likely they will be fully booked for ADRs regardless. They do tend to run behind seating. Once seated, it's an hour. It's the seating that's the challenge.
We were there tonight. 5:00 ressie (fantasmic package) and they seated us right away and it took just less than an hour. It was delicious! We had great service. I was a little worried after some recent posts, but no regrets and I will definitely go back!
Edited for anyone reading: it is a crowd level of 9 out of 10 today (and I would say closer to 10)
DJinPA I was there too yesterday with my family At 4pm. Probably saw eachother. Yes it was pretty dang busy yesterday but we too were seated right away in fact a few mins before my reservation time and everything was great. Honestly this was a pleasant surprise that the F! Package came with an appetizer. Since we were on the DDP we haven't encountered that until then.
I plan an hour to eat and always give myself a 30 minute window to be seated. It has never taken that long but I prefer to allow the 90 minutes and feel that I am not rushing to eat and leave.
