Is there an extra charge for the Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose, or is it just dependent on whatever meal you choose? If there is a charge, does anyone know how much or think it's worth it? Thanks!

The F! package is a fixed price meal, so it is the same price no matter what you order. According to here on the DIS and at easywdw, the Mama Melrose price is $35-$40 depending on the time of year.
