Mama Melerose and no wheat meal ?

Fantsamic Pkg - we would love to do Mama Melrose and not the open buffet of H&V.
Our DD has Celiac - no wheat (gluten) diet.

Do you think if we called ahead our DD could get rice pasta and sauce ?
Other suggertions for a gluten free meal at MM ?

I found a menu of MM - since our DD will be 15 when we go to WDW - if we do the dining plan off the adult menu - could she have...

just the Wood-grilled shrimp or chicken without the extra's
and Gelato for dessert ?

when you make your ADR ask them to list dd's allergies on the ressie... also ask for the phone number of the restaurant... about 48 hrs prior to your meal, call and ask for the chef and tell him when you'll be dining and what accomodations your dd will need... upon check in at the podium, tell them again and ask to see a chef... when your server greets you, repeat the request for a chef and he/she will likely have a note that you are coming and what accomodations you will need... they should be able to accomodate your dd quite nicely... i know we've had great success w/food allergies/special requests in most of wdw, and particularly at MM
