What are the best web sites for taking surveys online? There is a few web sites that want you to pay around $30. That does not sound right to me....

I can tell you some that do pay, even if slow

Buzzback
ACOP (american Consumer Opinion or something like that)
Gozing.com
Pinecone
Attitudes Across America (they now went to a points system so this may not be what you want)
Penn Schoen and Berland (PSB)

Just today I got a $5 check from Buzzback
and the other day I got a $10 from ACOP

The one online survey that I have earned the most from is My Survey. They are very quick to pay when you cash in your points
(1000 points=$10).
The best way to earn money doing surveys is to register with survey companies in your area. You know those little ladies that stop you in the mall and ask if you would do a survey. Well, if you go back and register in the office, they will call you when they have special surveys or panel groups. I just did a survey Tuesday that paid $45 for an hour of looking at possible advertisements. I also did one for haircolor ($3), powdered drink mix ($4), and mac and cheese dinners ($5). Total over three days: $57 for about an hour and a half of my time.

jiminy14- I see that you are located in NJ. What mall did you sign up at or what survey company are you going to. I know there are places located in the Woodbridge, Old Bridge and Milltown areas. Just wondering if there are any others close by.

I have signed up for several survey sites.
Like the above poster, I really like My Survey (did one survey this week for 1000 points and cashed it out).
I also like ClickIQ and Zoom points.
.Another I'm starting to like more and more is the U30 group. I'm doing a 90 minute online focus group for them next week and they're paying me $100.00 .
Buzzback and Pinecone I like a lot because they pay instantly.

I dropped all of them that enter your name in a drawing for a prize and don't pay for the survey.

Why should I help them make money and not get paid???

I forgot about U30.. I've done them as well. I sometimes don't get in quickly, and the survey closes.

Focus group Focus group... thats all I can say... just last week, I did a 2.5 hour survey, got $100 and a lunch at an upscale restaurant. All I had to do was talk about Lowe's.

What's the U30 grouup, and how does one sign up?

Thanks,

SmilingMouse

There's a link to u30 on this page
It's the last one mentioned in the green box on your right.
