Making your own centerpieces and decor?

I often see so many here that make their own centerpieces, and other decor for their Disney weddings. What I want to know is what do you do with it all after the wedding? Do you leave them, take them home, give them to your guests? Only 4 guests at our VR will be from Fl. the rest are from NY so I can't see anyone taking centerpieces home.

Also, do you ship it all down and then set it up yourself?

We only had 2 centerpieces but I told my planner she could take them down to the crew area to enjoy

I had the flowers and glass cubes delivered by a local florist
