No. Everyone entering a queue (age 3 and up) needs a FP.

Thanks! Just one more question. If we do child swap do we all get FP and then also tell them we are switching off? And if so can our oldest accompany us both thus giving her 2 chances to ride?

If you do child swap, only the first group of riders in your party needs an FP. This is one way to "get as many fast passes as possible" as you stated
