Hey there fellow disers! BIG QUESTION: I am traveling to WDW in September with my husband and another couple and our daughter 10 months old. My husband and the other couple really are NOT disney people...I mean don't get me wrong they are excited to go but not obsessed like I am. Here's the question...I want to have this trip planned so well and with lots of MAGIC.....got any ideas for magic moments in the parks....i.e. I called its our friends BDAY while we are there so I am hoping our dinner ressie will do something and I told the hotel too so I am hoping they maybe decorate the room I have heard they do this. WHAT ELSE IS THERE??????? HELP MAKING MAGIC PLEASE...I want my friends and husband to be craving DISNEY after this trip that I have worked so hard to plan!!!!!! Not really about the baby she is just in it for the ride :cool1:

Yeahhhh...what a blast you'll have. Sounds like you've got it all handled and the others will absolutley be HOOKED! See, you cant force the magic...it happens (and it WILL!) We'll be there in Sept. also but it's the 5th - the 14th. Your baby will be delighted at all there is to take in! I love the baby care places...these nice mary poppinsish CMs take good care of you there! Have fun!!

thanks for the encouragment I just need more ideas.....like extra stuff to do. I am going to do welcome bags with fun stuff and will get birthday pins too. What else do you disers have...I know your all so creative and make your trips magical HELP ME MAKE DISNEY LOVERS out of my group!!!! :cheer2:

It may be too late but I would look into the fireworks cruises. I would also try and go to restaurants like Whispering Canyon Cafe, 50's Prime Time Cafe where the servers "play" with you. Don't let them know though so they are thrown off and surprised. I will NEVER EVER forget when the waitress at 50's spoon fed my Dad - we were hysterical. :rotfl2: I always think Ohana's is great around firework time, good food and lots of fun. You can always do something a little more upscale like California Grill, Narcossee's as well. Chef Mickey's is always a ton of fun and can get anyone in the Disney mood. For your DH, just watching his daughter in pictures with Mickey and Minnie should give him the magic. :thumbsup2

I don't know who you call for delivery of food or surprises to your room. I think disney has their own florist.
