Making Stuff For Pew Question

So, I've seen some stuff that I would love to have on the pews that we aren't using. If I make something and bring it down-will disney set it up if I bring it down? How does this work?

At my recent planning session, I was told the following regarding items brides bring for the wedding:

- Disney will not store, for liability reasons
- Disney will not set up, to avoid upsetting the bride if something were to break
- Items can be shipped to hotel shortly before wedding and set up by bride/brides wedding party

hmm.. Disney stored and set up my items.
I didn't have a ton though, maybe thats in reference to people who bring alot.

We had topiaries that we carried over.. but the pew markers and sand ceremeony vases and flowers were all set up by Disney.

This may be a new policy though.. so don't quote me!

I'll ask when the time comes...How did you make your mickey floral heads? I love them and would love to make something similar for the pews....
