Making shirts

We are planning our Christmas trip and would love to make shirts. Anyone have any tips or good websites? And does anyone know how I can downlaod the Disney font, if at all possible?

What kind of design are you interested in? A lot of craft stores like Michael's and maybe JoAnn Fabrics sell transfers that you can use to print on your home computer and then iron on.

The creative section is a better area for this. I usually make my own shirts for my Disney trips, my designs are simple, I create a vinyl decal stencil of the image and fill in the areas with fabric paint. Pretty simple to do.

I agree go to the Creative DISigns board. I got a lot of cute DISigns for the kids for our Sept. trip and already getting some cute one to make their trick or treat bags for October.

Hi, thanks for liking my shirt . For some reason I can't PM, I've been meaning to look into it but the only thing I seem to have access to is the "leave a visitor message". I can help you with a "do-it-yourself" method, I can provide a vinyl stencil and you could buy fabric paint and a shirt and fill in the areas. But if that's not really convenient for you then yes I could do it. So if you are able to, feel free to PM me if you are interested in trying this out and I can provide more information.

Well, how odd! I also loved your shirts and thought I'd get more info on how you made (or where you got) the stencils. But, there's not option to PM you! There is an option to e-mail you, but where other people's names have "Private Message" available from the little drop down menu when you click on their names, your name does not include that on the list!

Hi, thanks. I just responded via e-mail.

GGG...to check out your "PM" problem...do this:
1. go to your UserCP (on the top left side of screen)
2. once there: go to "Your Control Panel" (left side of screen)
3. go down to "Edit Options" click on it to open.
4. look at your private messaging, make sure it is "enabled" (if there is
no check mark you will not receive PM's)
5. remember to 'save changes'...for it to take affect.
