Making Room Requests at Cypress Pt?

Hi--

We will be at Cypress Pointe from 5/21-5/30. I am now concerned because my 50 year old knees have decided that steps are painful!!! This was not the case when I made my ressie. Can anyone help me out with making a room request? I really need the first floor. Booked with the great rate from hotelkingdom.com. Thanks for your help!

If you are in the Grande Villas there will be elevators. We actually faxed a request a few days before and were actually granted the building and floor we wanted. It really depends on how many owners are there at the time you are staying.

We (my 11 yr old daughter & I) will be checking into Cypress Pointe the same day you will be but are only staying until the 25th. I have stayed there twice before & asked for the first floor & both time placed there with out a problem. I booked also with hotelkingdom all 3 times. You can try calling them directly if you'd like & explain your situation. I strongly feel they will have no problem accomodating your 1st floor request.

**update** I actually just called after posting this, call the 1st number below & ask for the front desk. I also requested the first floor (I dont feel like dragging groceries & luggage up the stairs). I also requested non-smoking & the agent said ALL units are nonsmoking.

Thanks bunches for the info!! I called Cypress Pointe this afternoon and made my request for the first floor. We will be arriving late, so hopefully things will work out! I will be travelling with my cousin and her 8 year old daughter. Maybe we will see you at the pool--Rachael would love to have a playmate!! Thanks again--you made my day!!

You are most welcome for the info. My daughter would LOVE a pool playmate, she's not one for going up to other kids & asking to play & has complained that she was 'bored' down at the pool. We will definately be using the Volcano pool on Saturday & Sunday afternoons. I do hope to see y'all there. I'll be the Mom with the purple & pink Eeyore towel.

Will be looking for your towel. We probably will not be at the volcano pool until Sat evening as this is BIRTHDAY day and we have a full day planned. Do you take an afternoon break while staying at Cypress Pointe? We have only been once and stayed onsite, so we were not sure about leaving for a break. Thanks again for your help.
