Making return time in another park with hoppers?

I thought we could make a return time for any park with hoppers? Just entered dca and it won't let me for dlr because it says we're not in the park.

You can't on the app. Just go to a Blue umbrella guest experience location and they will make the one in Disneyland for you. I do it all the time when hopping in CA.
