Making Resevations and BOG (UPDATE)

I am making my reservations tomorrow morning. Realistically, if I get on first thing in the morning, how hard will it be for me to get BOG? Should I set my expectations for a letdown?

Does the online system allow you to get on a little earlier than 6 EST?

When I made our reservations 180 days out on the phone with a CM I was able to get everything I wanted, including BOG. I did call fairly early though. If you can't get BOG for the first few days of your stay try for the end because not as many people will have had access to that 10 day window that you will. I got really got times too. If you are near your 180 day mark then you would be going in early December. From what I am seeing most BOG ADRs are gone before the 180 day period. If you are staying on site and you can book 180+10 then you might have better luck pushing a BOG ADR till close till the end of your stay (which would be before the 180 day mark for that particular day).

I would be prepared to be let down. I tried to do our ADRs today and I wasn't able to secure either of the two restaurants I really wanted to go to. It also seems that folks using the UK site or the "Old" version of the site have a leg-up on the rest of us. They're able to start making ressies about 5 minutes earlier.

I got online this morning and booked it for the 8th and had quite a few times to pick from.

I did use the old site and was able to get in at 5:55 AM to make my reservations....however, I made a change to the time around 12 PM today and there were still some reservations available.

In our experience (our last 180+10 was just Sat morn) --- the online system starts working at exactly 6AM (EST) --- I start refreshing the screen at around 5:55am-- Just make sure that your ressies are linked---

Saturday, I had to log out and log back in around 4x, before our hotel ressies showed up ! Good luck !!!

I used the old link this morning. I was able to get in a little before 6 and I made two reservations for Be Our Guest. I got one for the 3rd for 6 people and one for the 7th for 4 people.

I wasn't trying to be greedy with two, but we are meeting some friends on the 3rd and it is my daughter's birthday on the 7th.

It works for most people but it didn't work for me. I was able to call right at 7AM, was on hold for 15 minutes and I was able to get all my ADRs, even BOG.

Just an FYI - BOG is booked solid until December 9th. I spoke with the Manager at the venue this evening to confirm.

I used the "new" system this morning with no issues. Got BOG for the 10th at 6:30, and I was given the choice of three times.

How did you get it to open up your dates for 180+10? It won't let me book anything past Dec. 4...

This is just me guessing, but I think the first week of December will be busier due to such a late Thanksgiving. That paired with Pop Warner coming the first weekend in December. We planned our trip that week thinking it would be a touch slower. I think we were wrong. I think a lot of the people having luck with ADR are into the second week of December.

I'd keep trying. On the 11th, all I could get was 7:20. Then I tried again an hour later and got a 5:10 and there was an 8something available too.

I was online this morning when reservations opened up and was lucky enough to get a 4:15 reservation for December 13th. I wanted something around 6, but 4:15 was the only time that popped up, so I grabbed it.

I keep checking daily in hopes a party of 4 for dinner at BOG on December 4th or 7th will open up. My 6 year old DD really wanted to go. If we can't, guess we will try for lunch or try next time.
