making reservations

When I call to make room reservations, how much do they need to reserve the room? If necessary can I change the dates once the reservations have been made? Thanks for any info!

For room only bookings they will need a deposit of one night (including tax) which you have two weeks to make. If it's not made in two weeks, your reservation will be cancelled. You can change dates (I've been known to do that once or twice ) but I'm not sure how all this works with a package?

Packages are $200 (plus airfare costs if included) paid at the time of reservation with balance being due 45 days prior to arrival.


And you can make changes to reservation at least until the 45 mark....maybe after.

I just made room-only reservations Friday for the end of this month and I changed dates/resorts twice over the weekend so there's definitely no problem making changes (for room-only). We're doing a split stay and I had to put down 1 nights deposit for each resort.

Thanks so much. We're doing room only and I'm pretty sure we won't have to change dates, but it's good to know you have options.
