Making reservations online?

I'm a bit confused when some of you say you see tables available from 4-6 people or tell me how many tables open up.

How do you know this???

Are you looking on http://disneyworld.disney.go.com

or is there some where else I could be looking???

Its usually those of us who are stalking the reservations page looking for specific times/restaurants in hopes the open up. For example- If I am in hunt for a 7pm reservation for 4 ppl on November 9th at Teppan Edo, I may just put in "epcot restaurants"... and when the search comes back- I will see ALL the Epcot restaurants that fit my description. Knowing that some ressies are hard to get- I may come here and post, if I see one like Coral Reef or Garden Grill pop up that wasnt the the last time I checked.

I book at the 180 window... but will often tweak my reservations continuously. (over planner!!)It means I am checking the reservation site a LOT... and if I see something that can help someone else that doesnt help me- I'll share here on the DIS.
