Making Reservation ??? - newbie...

Hi, all. I was just curious - when booking my reservations at 11 months out for my home resort, what time can I call to make the reservation? Do they open at 7 a.m. (Eastern time)?

Except for major U.S. holidays, MS is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5:30 pm Eastern.
