does anyone know how that works ?
if you booked a package (say, dreammaker w/ gold plan) that has meals included, - when you call to make your PS arragments..do you have to pay the deposit or do you tell them you are on the plan?
wondering because the info i have says all food would be included..but i was wondering how it works with making the PS's and needing to put down a deposit ?

thanks

Tina

ps.....
we are looking at

CRT
narcoussees
storybook breakfast
comtempoary grill
concourse steak house
luau
chef mickeys
possibly V+A if included in gold plan.......

thanks!

Well, it's been several years since we did the Gold plan but as I recall, for the few places that required a deposit (like CRT breakfast and I think the luau), I believe I did have to give a credit card # but just as a guarantee. For most of the places you're dining you won't need to do it.

Yep..we still had to give credit card, this was some time ago. They don't charge anything.

You just let them know you are on a package plan also..when making ps.

You can make your PS's like you normally would. Luau, HDDR require credit card to guarantee and they only charge if you are a no show. V&A and I think Narcoossee's (not sure) are not part of the gold plan-there is a great PDF brochure on the plans you can download from the Disney site-gives you all the info you need. Make sure you take advantage of the La Nouba tickets-great show (this will be the third time we are seeing it). Golfing and watersports are also included. Have fun!

There is one exception to the credit card thing. If you are on the gold or silver you don't have to give them a card for FDP. It's kinda weird that they didn't require one because they only have my word that I'm on the silver but that's what they said.

Hi
We're going on the gold plan in Sept. and the I think they still require a cc # for luau and cindy's breakfast. However they didn't take it for cirque....although they did last year.
BTW...V&A's isn't included in the gold plan.
