Making payments online for RO reservation

I apologize if this has been asked a million times. Can you make payments for a room only reservation online like you can with a package?

No, unfortunately, you cannot. Most of my stays are RO so I always have to call in to make payments if I want to pay before check in. They used to have a phone system to where you could just automatically make your payment without even having to talk to a CM. I tried to call on Saturday and it was making me go to a CM. Not sure if there was a glitch or if they did away with the auto system.

Sorry, it's the first time I've had a room only reservation and I had gotten the mistaken impression final payment had to be made on arrival. Do you mind my asking which number I should call to do this?
