No, no difference. The reason you may be confused is that there is a perk for people who are staying on Disney Property. If you have booked a trip to stay in one of the Disney owned resorts (value, moderate or deluxe) your booking window opens at 180 days with the added bonus of being able to book ADRs for 10 additional days. It is known as 180 + 10. Anyone else may book an ADR 180 days out from the date of dining.
I made LeCellier at 180+10days and I was able to get the day and time I wanted. I needed to change a few dinning around and no LeCellier for dinner or lunch the whole week I'm there (this was 3 weeks later after I made the first ADR)
