making an online payment

i have searched high and low and i'm sure its right there but i'm missing it- i know that when we went in 2011 to disney i was able to make online payments here and there to knock down the balance- and now since then they have changed the website a little and i'm not finding where i'm able to make online payments- anyone know where i can do that??

thanks! ( i am still far out from my 45 day mark - we are going in october- but just wanted to put money towards my balance)

While on the phone last week I was told that portion of the site is not live yet and to make any payments I would have to call in and use the automated system or speak to someone and they could do it.

As noted, I strongly recommend not making any online payments at this time. The current website is wholly unreliable. The last you want to be doing is hunting down a payment they lost.

The website is horrible in its current state. Call to make payments.

I agree completely! This new site is really bad. It doesn't even seem like they did much testing on it before putting it live - we are the guinea pigs. I personally can't believe they let it go live in this state. I have encountered many issues and inconsistencies and still can't pull up my resort reservations. Dining reservations are another issue. I would do everything over the phone. Even though you may have to wait on the phone for awhile, it will probably still be less time than messing with this new site.

heres the automated payment # I used. Its quick and easy. As long as you use it during business hours lol. I tried makind a payment late the other night and it hung up on me lol.
