Making ADRs

Which way is the better way to ensure I get my ADRs...online or by phone? I made my reservation through DVC Member Services so not sure my confirmation number even works online.

There were issues with the on-line system and DVC reservations; supposedly, they've been resolved. Since the on-line starts at 6 AM, and the phone at 7 AM, you have nothing to lose by trying the on-line first, except an hours sleep. If trying for some tough ressies, give the on-line a shot.

I used the online system this morning and the only annoying part was entering the number of adults and kids and then the ages of the kids as well as security words everytime. However, I went online at 6 am and was done by 6:30 am and got everything that I wanted except LeCellier. Had to call at 7 am for Thanksgiving day and only on hold for 3-4 minutes. I would definitely suggest using the online system. It is not that difficult. Just go to the first restaurant that you want and click on retrieve your reservation. Then put in the reservation number and the telephone number assosicated with the reservation (try home, cell, office) If it doesn't work I would get on the phone right at 7 am. Good Luck

I made my ADR's this morning - the online system said many of the restaurants I wanted were totally booked. I called at 7am and got into everything. I would try online first then definitely call - I got everything I wanted after calling.
