Making ADR's

Hello DISers
Our 90-day window is in May, and I have to be at work early in the morning and won't be able to make the ADR's at 7, so i was wondering if I made them at about 3 pm, when I get home from work, I could still get them??
We're not planning on eating at Cinderella's Royal Table, but the only one's I'm worried about are Chef Mickey's and California Grill. Any answers would be appreciated thank you!

The earlier you are able to call, the better your chances of getting the restaurant and time of your choice. Disny dining holds some tables and makes them available each day so that resort guests don't snag all the "good ones" using the 90 + 10 rule.
