Making ADR's

I have to call to make my ADR's but I have a question first. We might let DD's friend come but we're not sure yet, it depends on her math grade. Anyway, there will be 4 of us, 5 with a friend. Should I make my ADR's for 4 and if she comes try to add a person or make them for 5 and if she doesn't come just show up to the restaurant with 4. I really don't know what to do about the Fantasmic dinner pkg. and Storybook Princess.
