Making ADR's - old site, new site...HELP!

I took ADR booking day off from work - planning an early coffee run to Dunkin Donuts and then heading over to daughter's house with portable computer under arm so we can tandem in trying to get our ADR's booked next week on 180 days out. Have two small granddaughters that we are hoping to surprise with some wonderful character meals including BOG. Have read all the tips and have them printed and ready to go. BUT when doing practice runs - can not get on the new site for the +10 days. It will stop at the 180 mark ONLY. Old site works sometimes. Our back up plan is to call but I know that being on hold is the norm. My daughter is on a few different Disney Boards and was told that the new site works for the + 10 days - but I can not get it to work?

I am wondering what other folks are finding? I am sorry to post this question, again - I know there has been LOTS of questions about this but I have searched and seems some folks are using old and some new and our "window" for booking is approaching quickly.

Do appreciate everyone's help - THANK GOODNESS for the experience of the folks on DIS...

I've never gotten the new site to work for +10. And it is excruciatingly slow when it does work for just 180 days out.

The old site works like a charm for me every time. I might run into a glitch here and there, but it works better, IMO. Linking your reservation is the trickiest part.

Hmmm... linking the reservations once I finally get them, guess I will put that hurdle on a back burner I wonder if ANYONE has gotten the new site to work for the +10? I think I have another question to put out there

If you aren't at your 180 days out, you won't be able to do +10 until that day. Just wait until your 180. It should work just fine.

I used dates that would correlate with the 180 + 10. The +10 shows up on the old site but not the new site

I would use the old site then or call. I didnt like calling but found that calling sometimes works better they do all your ressies at once and put them in a cart type thing and all get reserved at once. I was able to get BOG, CRT, pre park TH and pre park CP that way for the week after Thanksgiving for a party of 11. good luck!

What time did you call in and did you get a CM right away? Wow this is great to hear - thanks!!
