Making ADRs around Fireworks--Need Help Fast

Tomorrow morning, I'm making ADRs for the following:
Narcoosee's
Monsieur Paul
California Grill
I want to pick the best times to still be able to view Wishes and IllumiNations. What times should I pick?
On the night we will eat at Narcoosee's and California Grill, Wishes is at 10. On the night we will eat at Monsieur Paul, IllumiNations is at 9.

Are you hoping to see Wishes and IllumiNations from the restaurants or do you want to finish eating and have time to get back to the MK or find a spot around the lagoon at Epcot?

Signature meals take 90 -120 minutes depending on how long to be seated and the number of courses you order. If you want to see Wishes from inside the park I would make a reservation about 3½ hours before fireworks to allow time to get back to the park, go through bag check and find a place on main street. For IllumiNations finding a spot shouldn't take as long so 3 hours should be enough time.

If you want to see Wishes while dining at Narcoossee's and CG a reservation 60-90 minutes before fireworks time will work. Both have excellent outdoor viewing areas if you don't have a table by the window. At Narcoossee's even with a window table the view is often blocked by those who are standing on the deck.

For Monsieur Paul, there are only a few tables with a good view of IllumiNations so it is not a restaurant that I would recommend if you want to see the show. A better choice would be Rose & Crown because there are patio tables with an excellent view. If you're seated inside or at a patio table without a view, R&C has a viewing area adjacent to the patio that is exclusively for their diners and has a very good view.
