Making ADRs 180 days in advance

Thank you so, so much for taking the time to explain to me what you're seeing!!

Good deed for the day. :)

But, yeah, I'm seeing something different. Mine says:
My Disney Vacation
My Reservations
Passholders
Free Vacation Planning DVD

. . . .and at far left there's a button that says "update profile" -- but nothing about Payment Methods can be found among the various updating choices.

Also, if I go to just Disney.com, MDE is not among the choices. It does not appear on the page at all. How bizarre is all this?

Sigh. I've literally spent about two hours today trying to find a way to add a "payment method" so I can SPEND MONEY AT DISNEY, and their website mess has made it impossible. How crrrrazy is that?

Silly question, but have you actually signed up for the My Disney Experience portion of the site? And are you logged in?

Oh, yes, I'm logged in, yes. (In fact, the wacky website always asks me to log in again and again . . . each time I toggle between pages. But, yes, indeed, despite that hassle I am logged in and can access my profile, and see my room reservation, and I can "update profile" -- but payment method is simply NOT one of the choices. I can choose a, like, "Disney ambassador" or mascot -- Mickey, Minnie, Goofy -- and I can add my billing address, etc. But definitely zero about credit cards or payment methods.)

Note: When I type in the address MyDisneyExperience.com directly, it forwards me to this aforementioned page:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/

There IS NO button for "My Disney Experience" on the Disney.com site I can view, or on the disney.go.com site, either.

So for whatever reason -- probably my browser?? I guess?? -- I am just seeing some other version of My Disney Experience.

PS: I once read a tip that you could sneakily navigate from one version of the Disney website to another via a, like, magic door: going to your reservations page then clicking on the link for the customized maps. And that does indeed take me back to another (really, REALLY) non-functioning generation of the Disney.com website, with a dark-blue background as opposed to a pale-green background. But there's no slot/page/option for Payment Method on there, either. I've tried and I've tried . . . and my hair is gonna turn gray from this time-waste! :surfweb::surfweb:

I had my cc info in before I started my ADR's and it kept asking me to reinput it for each booking, kept thinking I was going to lose the booking each time having to reput it in

Claire&theBoys: Thanks to you, too! You guys are awesome. Upshot: Weirdly, I'm definitely seeing something different. If I'm logged in I get, from left to right:

Welcome Beth!
update profile or Log Out.
My Disney Vacation
My Reservations
Passholders
FREE Vacation Planning DVD

There is no "My Account" button, and there is no Mickey head.

If I'm logged out, I get the same, except at left it says "Sign In or Create an Account."

Totally mystified!! :rotfl::rotfl2::rotfl::rotfl2:

PS: . . .and there IS NO "My Disney Experience" portion of the site. Those words appear no where, for me, on Disney.com. I promise, they're simply not on there. I've literally looked for hours. And if I type in "MyDisneyExperience.com" to my address bar, I go back to the above-described vacation-planning landing page. Harrrrrumph, web-masters!! Checking other threads, just now, on DISboards, it sounds like this is all happening because I'm using Foxfire on a Macbook Pro. Lawrd have mercy!

I just thought I would post an image of what I see. After logging into disneyworld.com the MDE is all the way to the right after the cart. When I click on it, I get this:
