Making ADR at prepay location (CRT and HDDR) for group with separate DDPs

Is it possible to book an ADR at these locations for 9 people who have separate dining plans? We would like to eat together (I realize we may be seated at different tables) but I don't want to prepay on my cc because we will be on the dining plan. Thanks.
