Making ADR 180 days out

Hi everyone.. Tomorrow is my 180 day mark and want to make my ADRs as soon as I can. I'm having trouble remembering the time that this opens? Is it 6am or midnight?
 
The ADR's open at 6 AM online and the phones open at 7 AM. Eastern Standard Time
