Making a reservation

Do you usually make a reservation through the mydvc site or call up?

If you decide to call up do you just call the normal member services number?

I have used both with good results. Personally, I prefer to call and get an immediate confirmation rather than waiting a few days for return email. Calling is especially necessary during peak DVC times at smaller resorts or if you have to have a standard view at BWV.

If you are traveling in a non-busy time and are planning early the email works fine.

I prefer calling so that I canhave the Member Services Cast Member check on all possible accomodation types and locations so they can find me something... Plus, it takes very little time and makes your reservation immediately!

We call to make reservations. Sometimes, the interaction with MS helps me to remember things that I wanted to ask or do with respect to the booking.

I always call. I'm too impatient to wait a couple of days to find out if I got my reservation!

Ditto what you said. I also just like speaking to a human being.

Yes, I not only like speaking to a human being, but everytime I manage to get the questionniar at the end of the call, I usually say I'd rather speak tyo a person than have internet booking. Of course, that would change if I thought they would have total interactive booking, but I doubt we will ever see that.
