Make your own doll in Germany

I believe its in Germany where you can build your own doll? About how much do these cost? Also, do they still carry the My Disney Girl dolls in the parks? How much are they? Any pics would be great!

When we were in Germany in May, they no longer had the doll counter at all. As far as I know, there is no place to get the personalized dolls made.

Maybe when you get there, you can ask if they happen to know where you can get one. I know I didn't see them anywhere in the parks...
