Hi everyone,

WDW Vetran and off-site newbie here. Family is DH, me, DD age 21, DS age 17 and DD's BF, age 25.

We will be going to WDW next year and I am considering for the first time, to stay off site. The cost of two hotel rooms is beginning to make me look to other avenues.

So, here is what I would be looking for and please forgive me....I know nothing!

:goodvibes regular scheduled shuttle service to WDW parks.
:goodvibes daily maid service
:goodvibes three bedroom suites
:goodvibes at least two bathrooms
:goodvibes nice pools
:goodvibes onsite dining options

Thanks so much!

The closest thing to your list would be bonnet creek, but you won't get daily maid service.

Thanks for the feedback! I guess I'm back to going onsite then. I really don't want to give up any of the things listed. Thanks again!

You can get a 3 bedroom at Saratoga Springs with these features for around $1,400 a night.

You can get a 3 bedroom at Bonnet Creek for $1,400 a week (but no maid service) It all depends on what your budget is.

diskids2 also has onsite dining on her list.

Curious, as it has been a couple years since I've been and I know more has been built at Bonnet Creek.

Has the dining situation improved. It used to be getting a sandwich in the snack bar, not very good and kind of expensive.

I would say it is better, but it still needs a one traditional restaurant option. There is pizza, sandwiches, burgers and that kind of thing. When the hotel there is completed that will no-doubt be remedied. We ordered from the pizza place they have on site and it was good and the prices weren't bad, much less than the pizza they sell at the boardwalk but a couple of bucks more than Flippers.

Lots of people are taking advantage of the grills around the resort, so when you come back from the parks and you have all those aromas of steaks, burgers it sure makes you hungry!

Without the hotel I'm not sure how much demand there would be for a big, full-service restaurant anyway.
