About the only thing that we change in our meals at Thanksgiving is the veggie. This one has been cleaned up for the last two years.
CREAMED SPICED CORN
1 8oz. cream Cheese
1/4 C. milk
2 T oleo
2 pakgs forzen corn
1 10 1/2 oz can chopped tomatoes & green chilie peppers, drained
1C. crushed corn chips
In a saucepan combine cut up cheese, mike & butter. Cook & stir over medium heat until mixture is melted & smooth. Stir in corn & tomatoes & green chili peppers. Transfer mixture to ungreased casarole. (this is where you can frig it overnight) Sprinkle chips over top. Bake uncovered 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
