Make a wish cruise

We are to leave next Saturday for our cruise and have not recieved any documents yet.

Last letter I got from Make A Wish was in Sept and said someone from Make a wish would come to the house with the documents 10 days before. Well 10 days before was right before Christmas so I understood people are busy. Now I am starting to worry.

When did anyone get their documents?
