Hello Binky,
radp ( rec.arts.disney.parks ) is a newsgroup, not a website. To access it, you need a newsgroup reader. You probably have it somewhere on your computer, most likely if you have Outlook Express. Perhaps you could contact your internet provider and ask them.
RADP has lots of park information, but keep in mind, it's not moderated, so you do get the occasional off topic posting.
